Vasavi Mobiles is example for HORRIBLE service. The velachery branch owner is too RUDE to the customer. After sales service really SUCKS. They always sell used phones in a new pack!!
Vasavi Mobile shop will always sell used phone in new pack. Vasavi Mobile will cheat you in all the aspect. Vasavi Mobile shop has worst business ethics. If you ask for a unopen box they will sell the opened item as new one. Had a very bad experience with Vasavi Mobiles.I have asked for unopen box item and they gave me a used one. Don’t buy any items in Vasavi Mobiles.

I am also got the same experience in Vasavi. Defintely they are cheating us, they are selling the used mobiles with the new pack. Do not buy there and convey this information to your friends.

Yes guys. There are cheating us in many ways. In the paper ads there are puting price and while buying there are adding some more junk charges in the bill and increasing the price.
Salespersons are real Liers in Vasavi. Even without having the required stock, they promised to deliver the mobile after getting an advance amount. When I contacted them twice at a gap of 12.00 Hrs, they are telling that they dont have stock. Salesperson returned the money even without a sorry and the way he gave back the money seemed as though he is giving it to his enemy. Real cheats. Customer service person is so rude, that he is arguing supporting his salesteam

Vasavi Mobiles shop is the best example for how not behave with a customer. I bought a mobile one month back which was down to hell within 30 days when i returned back to the shop they said u would have used in wrong way when i asked how can a mobile can be dead with in a month they said in a very rude manner we don’t assure for that i cant come and sit with u watch how u r using this mobile. So guys pls don’t buy any product from them.

All the comments are true and i also faced a similer pro.. i have told him to recharge a gib ammount… he told he will do it in 5 min… then when i checked my mobile he didnt recharge.. then when i aske him he is telling all kind of stories… and now he is scared of opening the shop in Arumbakkam… He is not a man.. He is a woman… Ple go to shop which gives u good services.. And plz ask for the bill if u go to this ….. shop..
Dont go to Vasavi Mobiles. Have purchased a BlackBerry 9780 for Rs. 27000 from Vasavi. It stopped functioning right in the first week. I went to the Sri Vasavi at Usman Road to get it replaced, but I got a very poor and rude responce from the sales guys in the shop. Then I spoke to Sri Vasavi’s MD Rajesh. He was so rude and said that he wont replace, do whatever you want. I have got 1000 customers, losing one customer won’t impact my business.
Then I came to know from one of my friends saying that they buy the refurbished models from different mobile vendors(specifically Blackberry, Samsung, LG, Karbonn), at a lower cost. And they sell for 300 to 1000 Rupees more than other vendors.
I too had a similar experience and its a known fact that Vasavi sells refurbished mobiles.
i dont know exactly abt the mobiles but the fact is same with the laptops also they r turning me mad for the last 1 week i dont know exactly wat is happening
I bought a new mobile, where has he gave good offer when compare to others. I could have realized from there it self but realized little later. In the internal memory I saw some other person’s snaps. Very bad and the MD ‘Rajesh’. Oh my god, he will speak like Bill gates and business ethics like cheap guy. Please be careful, just for 1000 Rs do not go to Vasavi. I felt online shopping is much genuine.
Vasavi mobiles, the one in T.Nagar is very worst when it comes to service and they are very rude. I recently unlocked my phone and when i asked y the phone is damaged the guy started shouting in rude words and started to jumo and hit…and more over they took the money for unlock and never done it..SO please please dont go there if you are expecting value for money and respect.
